Aunt Ina’s Kitchen
She was actually my great aunt, but I always called her Aunt. To me, she was tall, dignified and wise. Nothing took her by surprise; she was always prepared. Between her and her sister (my grandmother) I was taught common sense, to always plan ahead, and to never stop learning.
To honor and acknowledge her life as a world traveler who was determined to learn as much as possible about other cultures and their way of cooking, we offer you a selection of her recipe collection, and also other recipes that we feel she would have approved of.
