Aunt Ina’s Kitchen

She was actually my great aunt, but I always called her Aunt. To  me, she was tall, dignified and wise.  Nothing took her by surprise; she was always prepared.  Between her and her sister (my grandmother) I was taught common sense,  to always plan ahead, and to never stop learning.

To honor and acknowledge her life as a world traveler who was determined to learn as much as possible about other cultures and their way of cooking, we offer you a selection of her recipe collection,  and also other recipes that we feel she would have approved of.    We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
